HUNGARIAN SAUSAGE & BROCOLLI PASTA

 INGREDIENTS :


500g cooked pasta of your choice
1 whole butter ( or olive oil )
1 bulb garlic ( minced )
1 white onion ( minced )
1-2pcs red & green bell pepper ( thinly sliced )
brocolli
2-3 hungarian sausage ( cut diagonally )
diced tomatoes ( optional )
pasta sauce ( accdg to your preference )
salt & pepper to taste
other spices & flavorings
( dried basil leaves, chili flakes, sweet chili sauce, ketchup etc )
grated cheese / parmesan cheese )
parsley

PROCEDURE :

fry hungarian sausage ( half cooked ) then set set aside 
blanch brocolli ( set aside )
heat pan & melt butter
fry garlic then onions
add diced tomatoes ( optional ) pasta sauce
and other special spices & flavorings
simmer for 5-10 mins
add cook pasta
stir fry bell peppers and brocolli
salt and pepper to taste

* serve hot, top with grated cheese & chopped parsley

TUNA ARRABIATA PASTA

INGREDIENTS :

500g pasta of your choice
1 whole butter
1 bulb garlic ( minced )
1 white onion ( minced )
1/4k red tomatoes ( finely chopped )
1 can diced tomato
1 can sliced mushroom ( optional )
2-3 cans century tuna ( flakes in oil )
( oil - set aside )
1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
chili flakes
grated cheese
bacon bits
chopped parsley or basil
salt & pepper to taste

PROCEDURE :

melt butter
add tuna oil
fry garlic & onion
add fresh tomatoes ( cook until tender )
add diced tomatoes ( cook for 5-10 mins )
add tuna ( cook for 5 mins )
season w sweet chili sauce, ketchup and chili flakes
sprinkle w salt & pepper
simmer for 5-10 mins

pour over cooked pasta & mix
top w grated cheese
& bacon bits ( optional )
chopped parsley or basil leaves
salt & pepper to taste

* you may add more chili flakes if you want

FETTUCCINE CARBONARA

Ingredients :

500g - 750g cooked fettuccine ( boiled water w oil and salt ) set aside
1/4k smoked bacon
1 whole butter
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 bulb garlic ( minced )
1 white onion ( minced )
1/4k sliced ham ( diced )
1/4k cooked chicken - flaked ( breast part )
1 small can sliced mushroom
1 big can evaporated milk
2 tetra packs all purpose cream ( nestle )
1 cup chicken broth
1 chicken cube
1 small box quickmelt cheese ( 3/4 cubed, 1/4 grated )
salt and pepper to taste
a pinch or more of dried basil leaves ( optional )


PROCEDURE :

chop bacon and fry until crunchy ( set aside )
heat bacon oil or olive oil
melt butter
fry garlic then onion
add ham, chicken & mushrooms ( cook for 5-10mins )
pour evaporated milk,
all purpose cream
chicken broth, chicken cube
add cheese ( cubed )
stir constantly and simmer for 5 -10 mins
salt and pepper to taste

pour sauce over cooked pasta
mix
top w grated cheese & bacon bits
basil, pepper

SERVE HOT ... and ENJOY !

* you can also add mushroom soup if you want it to be more tasty & saucy
