HUNGARIAN SAUSAGE & BROCOLLI PASTA

 INGREDIENTS :


500g cooked pasta of your choice
1 whole butter ( or olive oil )
1 bulb garlic ( minced )
1 white onion ( minced )
1-2pcs red & green bell pepper ( thinly sliced )
brocolli
2-3 hungarian sausage ( cut diagonally )
diced tomatoes ( optional )
pasta sauce ( accdg to your preference )
salt & pepper to taste
other spices & flavorings
( dried basil leaves, chili flakes, sweet chili sauce, ketchup etc )
grated cheese / parmesan cheese )
parsley

PROCEDURE :

fry hungarian sausage ( half cooked ) then set set aside 
blanch brocolli ( set aside )
heat pan & melt butter
fry garlic then onions
add diced tomatoes ( optional ) pasta sauce
and other special spices & flavorings
simmer for 5-10 mins
add cook pasta
stir fry bell peppers and brocolli
salt and pepper to taste

* serve hot, top with grated cheese & chopped parsley
